Hi Story Dogs supporters!

Westfield Local Heroes is a recognition and awards program that shines the spotlight on individuals and their organisations in Australia and New Zealand who make a positive impact to their local community or environment.  The Westfield Local Hero finalist with the highest number of community votes for each Westfield centre will be awarded a $20,000 grant for the organisation they represent. Finalists receive a $5,000 grant for their organisation.

I am excited to share with you that Story Dogs, represented by our Coordinator Karen Knuckey, is a finalist in the competition!

The winner will receive $20,000 for the program.  This will enable us to implement a new Coordinator training program and continue the good work done by all of our Story Dogs volunteer teams.
