Working Bee
Essential to the care of the school grounds, is the commitment from parents to join in with the organised working bees.
Our first working bee for 2021 is
Monday 25 January 3 - 5pm
All parents are invited to the first Working Bee for 2021. Come along with rakes, wheelbarrows, brooms and enthusiasm.
General maintenance and tidy up of the school grounds will be undertaken in preparation for the beginning of the school year. If you have a pressure washer that you could bring, it could be used to clean paths. Parents with a Working at Heights qualification are needed to check and clean guttering and roof drainage.
A reminder to parents that children are welcome to come along and help and are under the care and supervision of parents during the Working Bee time.
In keeping with Child Safe practises, volunteers are required to complete a Child Safe Code of Conduct on ther day.
Covid-19 safe practices will be adhered too, in respect of regulations at the time of this event.
