Merry Christmas message from Sr. Abeba kidane DC  Bulbula

Dear Marianne

May the peace and grace of Christmas be with you during this special time so it is my joy to wish you a happy Christmas and New Year? Here we are all well thanks be to God. Last year at this time  we all worried about the COVID 19 but thanks be to God we are all well from this sickens so I thank God for his grace ,protection and  gift of unconditional love that he provide us through the year. With this mind I am just writing to express my joy for the gift of life that God saved us through his son so let us ask him to give us his grace at this special time of Christmas to honor him in our hear because he came for us.

The challenges  are some of them were painful and still painful with the help God and your prayer we are tried to overcome of them  and  we have tried as much as possible to tress the demands and improve the quality of life of the poor. Here in Bulbul we are working in Education and the children who are with Disability supporting them medicine, medical treatment and food after they finished their treatment, we encouraging them to join to school like their brother’s sisters.

We are also working for the elderly by providing food and medical treatment and   we provide them clothe and repairing houses for the poorest of the poor.  We have also children who are poor that we supporting them school uniform, school fee, exercise book pen and pencils cloth  and also we provide food for children who are poor  without your great support and generosity  we wouldn’t  serve the  poor people, of course your support brought to them  life and light to the house of those who are benefited and the people we were able to reach are in the school 845 children , Disable children 37 elderly and poor 73  sponsorship 31 and house support 6 and total  992.

This year we were and are facing a lot of challenges because of the COVID 19, the political situations and also now war what it is going in the northern of the country which is hard to believe that the country back to the war??? when you think for the poor and incent people what is happening to them from this war it is very sad .as the result of these   the country’s situation now unstable. So until now the school is not open expect for the 8 grade and 12 grade and the anxiety and doubt is there. So these are opening the demanding scope and it is limiting the people’s freedom those were going any corner of the country looking for work to improve their life so we need your great support and prayer.

Once again i am grateful for your immense support for our mission may the grace of the Christmas be with you and happy Christmas and new year.
