Student Achievements
Equestrian: Tessa Leen and Maci Dean
Tessa competed at the Warrnambool interschools competition, placing first in both of her show jumping rounds and taking out overall champion in her grade.
Maci took part in the interschools show jumping competition hosted by Bacchus Marsh Grammar on Friday 18th October, placing 2nd in her 1st round & 1st in her 2nd round to take out overall champion in her grade.
Well done to these students on representing our school and achieving such amazing results!
Amelie Flynn - Barwon Water National Water Week Poster Competition
Congratulations to Amelie Flynn from 2TP for being one of the winners of the Barwon Water, National Water Poster Competition. This year's theme was " It's time to change the world". Amelie's amazing poster was one of over 1000 entries. Barwon Water representative, Jacinta, came to present Amelie with her award.
Josie Leonard - Rotary Competition
Congratulations to Josie Leonard who came second in the Queenscliff Rotary Creative Writing Competition. The topic for writing was; A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to School. All Year 6 students wrote on this topic and a few chose to enter the competition. Karen from Queenscliff Rotary attended our assembly to present Josie with her certificate and $50 prize money. Josie is a wonderful writer and could be the next J.K. Rowling!
