Our Book Swap was incredible.  Nearly 1,000 books were donated across the school and over $500 was raised.  Apart from the happy students who took home a new book, there will be smiles in remote indigenous communities as well.  We have raised enough money to produce 45 indigenous language story books for children in need of reading materials in their local language.  Thank you to everyone who has participated...an incredible secret power to give the joy of reading.  

We have quite a few beautiful books left over.  These will be on display in the passage beside the library all this week.  Parents are welcome to call in and have a look.  There will be a collection tin for gold coin donations if you would like to choose books to take home. The books are varied levels and in excellent condition.  Funds collected will be added to our ILF tally.
