Prayer for National Families Week 2023

Let us pray…

Gracious and loving God, through your son Jesus, you show us how to love one another.

We thank you for our families, for our mums, dads, carers, grandparents, our brothers and sisters. May we appreciate and value each one’s special gifts and unique personalities.

May we respect and appreciate each member and grow together in kindness and love. 

May we also pray for our extended family and those who come into our lives and become family.

Where there is love, there is family.

We ask this prayer through Jesus Christ, your Son.
